This course is designed to help one master the global cuisines of the world. The world is a plate filled with food from various cuisines, which are the results of generations of evolutions, and various cultural influences, and have developed over time. As a chef, you need not master all the cuisine but at least be aware of all of them, if you want to diversify and innovate your culinary skills.
