JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To manage the overall day to day maintenance of all aspects of the estate, including maintenance, gardening and domestic duties and managing the team which performs these roles.

2. Overall responsibility for safety and security of the estate.

3. Overall responsibility for maintenance to agreed standards.

4. Overall responsibility for gardening to agreed standards.

5. Overall responsibility for domestic duties to agreed standards.

6. Overall responsibility for general running and upkeep of estate to required standards.

7. To manage and maintain general cleanliness in the estate.

8. To manage and maintain supplies.

9. Liaise with external suppliers/contractors.
