Anuj Wadhwan a successful young chefpreneur. He knows the craft and the economy where he aims at balancing the taste and business. He is running a successful venture Ah So Yum, a Pan Asian Delivey service in Delhi/NCR since 2019. He is specially known for his experimenting with wide range of flavours where he focuses on the best quality ingredients in an ethical and substantial way.

This course will give tips to the keen learners who wants to know about Small Plates and the concept of Tapas. This course is also for the homemaker who is simply passionate about culinary and wants to have an in-depth knowledge of the domain of appetizers.

What can I expect to learn in this course?

In this course, Anuj Wadhwan is going to give you an insight knowledge of the evolutionary world of appetizers where he will initiate the journey with the history and origin of small plates and will slowly turn the pages where you will come to know that why the small plates are the one people prefer the most. In every chapter he will dismantle some of the most lovable cuisins from across the globe and will teach why they vary in every region.

What is the evaluation criteria for Whiz Launchpad with Anuj Wadhwan?

All submitted videos will be scored on ten on each of the following criteria: 1. Knowledge of Appetizers. 2. Creative presentation of plate. 3. Diction & Fluency. 4. Cooking style. 5. Organisation & Hygiene.

How long will the mentoring session be?

The mentoring sessions will allow the winning subscriber to have 1-1 direct mentorship with Anuj Wadhwan. Each session will last for 30 minutes.

For how long and where is the project take place?

The internship will be in Delhi for 2-3 months.

How will I be informed?

You will be emailed once the scoring process begins and when the top ten shortlisted applicants are featured on Whiz League. The shortlisted profiles are shared with the artist and one top applicant gets the golden opportunity described above.

What happens if my assignment is not selected?

The selection process is fair and very competitive due to the high volume of applicants. We hope that the learnings from the course will motivate you to take the next steps in your successful career. We do not issue a refund or disclose the scores on the assignment.

Will I get a certificate on completing the course?

Your certificate signed by the whiz expert will be mailed to you upon completing the course and the quiz successfully. In order to complete the course, you must score 70% and above on the quiz. Simply registering for the course does not make you eligible for the certificate. Once you have obtained the required marks on the quiz, go to your 'My Courses' dashboard, select the course, select get certificate and receive your certificate via email.

What is the format and difficulty level of the quiz?

The quiz is designed to help you validate your learning and is structured in simple multiple-choice questions.

Can I give the quiz again to increase my score?

Yes, as the quiz is designed to help you self-evaluate your learning from the course.
