Gaurav Chawla, a Molecule Gastronomist , Recipe Developer and a Food Stylist has given an inventive twist to the Indian Food. He started his career with Oberoi Group and gradually made his way to the top. After 15 years of experience in the massive world of culinary , he is currently working as a Corporate Executive Chef with First Fiddle Restaurants. He is known for designing the most extraordinary Modern Indian and Contemporary Menus because of his sharp eye for detailing.

This course is for anyone who wants to learn the art of modern indian cooking and elevate their skills to the next level. This course will introduce you to the world of molecular gastronomy. Budding chefs, home-chefs, trainees, working professionals will learn new techniques of presenting classic indian food with a modern twist or modern food with a traditional nostalgia.

What can I expect to learn in this course?

In this course Chef Gaurav is going to give insights into the world of molecular gastronomy through modern indian cooking. This course will help you look at traditional cuisine with a fresh perspective allowing you to experiment with classic indain food and global influences in terms of techniques, textures and flavours.

What is the course format?

Each course is meticulously structured into 6 modules that cover different learning areas. All modules are pre-recorded in HD quality and can be accessed anytime, anywhere. Our courses are designed to be self-paced allowing you to complete them at your own convenience.

In which language are the Whiz courses taught?

All our courses use a mix of Hindi and English.

Will I get a certificate on completing the course?

Your certificate signed by the whiz expert will be mailed to you upon completing the course and the quiz successfully. In order to complete the course, you must score 70% and above on the quiz. Simply registering for the course does not make you eligible for the certificate. Once you have obtained the required marks on the quiz, go to your 'My Courses' dashboard, select the course, select get certificate and receive your certificate via email.
